Tax going out of his way to not ask incriminating questions?he not Barbreh Walters dog.this nikka barely put together decent interviews in his best episodes.this nikka be too high and dusse'd out to be calculating what questions NOT to ask.nikka had nothing ready other than that jim jones question n freestyled the rest.(as usual)

Trial over,he been got sentenced n was already in jail by the time this came out.why wouldnt he be able to comment on Jim jones?

Mendeecees took a plea deal. The Feds asked that he serve no more than 10 years. They felt that he deserved a break. He has to consider things like parole eligibility now, he wants to get home to his wife and kids asap. He can't talk much about beefing with Jimmy, their issues go beyond some Instagram comments.
When did I tell anyone that they should like this episode? It's not for everyone, and again Tax could have been better prepared. But y'all nyggas want war stories and this isn't the time for them at all.

I think some of you guys are severly lacking in perspective in regards to this interview. This guy is about to GO TO JAIL, and he wants to come home AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

Tax goes out of his way not to ask incriminating questions, which I commend. But since he knew beforehand that they would have to dance around so much just to uphold Mendeecees new image, he should have had more questions prepared.

Mendeecees can't talk too much about any beef or negativity (e.g. Jim Jones), and he can't really talk about other people who have been implicated in some of his activities (e.g. Juelz etc.)
The only interesting thing Tax could really ask him about was the snitching. lol at anyone who expected this episode to be anywhere as close to as entertaining as they are regularly.

the thing is that Tax is just not a good interviewer yet. When he had shulz there it wasn't an interview, more like a 'Hanging with Taxstone' ep. He doesn't prepare by finding questions because these guys think that bringing their personality is all that matters when its not. You have to have fresh interesting subject matter, which he hasn't found out how to provide without just finding someone to talk shyt about. I prefer him over charlamagne tho and he's doing really well considering he's never been a big media personality.

Heard Taxstone on Combat Jack this week and I realized Taxstone is gassed all the way to the moon right now and that super tough guy podcast talk is very dry and boring.

Heard Taxstone on Combat Jack this week and I realized Taxstone is gassed all the way to the moon right now and that super tough guy podcast talk is very dry and boring.

I agree. He's not taking this podcast shyt serious and it is really showing. Some episodes I just skip cause I know it's going to be about nothing.

And off topic but, how many times is the dude gonna say "and that's what I always try to tell people" or "I was just having this discussion with somebody...", take a shot everytime he says that shyt, you'll be too drunk to even finish the show

Yeah he's an interesting person but he lacks the RAW TALENT to be entertaining consistently...
