The only times we’ve heard about Tay-K in the last year have been because of additional felony charges being dropped on the young rapper. The viral star was caught with a cell phone while in prison and was struck with some extra time as a result. His associates have mostly been sentenced to spend some hard time in the slammer, which doesn’t bode well for his own future. The 18-year-old, who is rumoured to have started a prison gang behind bars, is now in some extra trouble as he’s being sued by a man he allegedly “left for dead” years ago in Arlington
As reported by a local news outlet in Fort Worth, Tay-K, whose real name is Taymor McIntyre, is being sued by Owney “Skip” Pepe and his wife after he allegedly robbed and beat the 65-year-old in a park. Tay-K is said to have approached the man from behind, putting a gun to the back of his head and asking for his wallet. According to the lawsuit, McIntyre then “savagely beat the defenseless 65-year-old, leaving him unconscious with multiple broken bones and [a] brain bleed.” He then dragged his body to the woods and left him there. This incident reportedly happened one month after McIntyre allegedly killed a 23-year-old photographer.
Tay-K is currently awaiting trial in a case where he is being accused of murdering 21-year-old Ethan Walker, also wounding his roommate Zachary Beloate
