St Louis protesters from the hood had a gang of clips using the boosie song for motivation. Before BLM infiltrated.

Post BLM black protesters enjoy the Kendrick song. So does the president. Boosie ain't super suitable but that should tell you something. People don't get mass approval and that strange "side" push for no reason. Kendrick is on that respectability tip wrapped in the guise of problackness.
respect your oppressors but black man take no loses

I live in Los Angeles and never hear Kendrick Lamar on the radio. There are no hits on TBAB. None. Not a one.
I live in Cleveland and I do.
When I was in New York for 2 weeks, I heard it there too. My roommate spent a month in Atlanta and said she her him on the radio alongside the obligatory Young Thug and Bryson Tiller.

There are no other rappers with an equivalent career trajectory.

I do.
Everyone else does too.
The Booth is an :flabbynsick: twilight zone.
Section.80, Good Kid Maad City, To Pimp a Butterfly, Habits and Contradictions, Oxymoron, Setbacks, Control System, Follow Me Home, and 90059 are all good :what:
It's not even debatable, none of them are even relatively bad :mindblown:

Sure :troll: Whatever fits into your world, breh

Maybe a sympathy spin here and there but certainly not cemented on any playlists. The songs simply aren't there on this album. GKMC had the songs. This one is a dud. If you want to hear an album from LA that actually nails the sound Kendrick attempted to pull off on TPAB I'd recommend Shafiq Husayn & Krondon as White Boiz - Neighborhood Wonderful. The disparity is clear.

Again with the Many people sh!t. I won't address what other fans think because Im not them

I told you that none of that matters anyway .... but in 2015.....
What mainstream impactful hiphop albums did you think deserved more grammy nominations ?
You said many....so drop a list

No, you said. You hadn't heard any Kendrick songs ANYWHERE. so that's your metric
Now you want to shift to youtube views and singles but conveniently ignore record setting streams
with almost 800,000 albums sold.

I never said he's bigger than them. He doesn't have to be...
He's made his mark and YOU are the one who has an issue with it

You dont have to be sold anyone. Their fans already are ......lmao

LMAO,nikka I DONT CARE IF "YOU TOLD ME NONE OF IT MATTERS" WTF
IF WE DONT CARE WHAT OTHER FANS THINK THEN WE SHOULDNT CARE ABOUT A GRAMMY,THEY'RE JUST PROFESSIONAL FANS GIVING OPINIONS

I SAID MANY BUT I DID NOT SAY MANY 2015 ALBUMS. MY COMMENT WAS BASED UPON HISTORICAL HIPHOP ALBUMS NOT GETTING PROPS

No, you said. You hadn't heard any Kendrick songs ANYWHERE. so that's your metric

i STAND BY BOTH STATEMENTS,IT WAS AN ADDITIONAL STATEMENT NOT AN ALTERNATE. WHERE CAN I GO SEE HIS STREAMS RECORDS ASIDE FROM THE MOST POPULAR STREAM SITE,WHICH IS YOUTUBE?

with almost 800,000 albums sold.

I never said he's bigger than them. He doesn't have to be...

WELL THAT'S QUESTIONABLE. IF HE HAS THIS HUGE IMPACT,I JUST EXPECT IT TO BE CLEAR AS DAY VS ME BEING TOLD HE HAD AN HUGE IMPACT.
I SEE HIM PUT ON TV,I SEE WHAT CRITICS SAY. BUT I NEVER HEAR ANYONE BUMPING HIM OR TALKING BOUT HIM.
NOT FROM BLACK WOMEN
NOT FROM WHITE WOMEN
NOT FROM nikkaS OR WHITE DUDES
NOT FROM MY NEPHEWS OR GOD SON.
NOW OK,THAT'S MY CIRCLE. BUT IF HE'S REALLY HOT,WHERE'S THE TOUR?
NOT THE FESTIVAL GIGS BUT THE KDOT OR TDE BIG TOUR?
I JUST WONDER IF HE'S MADE A MARK OR WAS HE GIVEN A MARK THAT HE CAN'T SUSTAIN AND IS ON THE VERGE OF BEING ERASED

we'll see i guess
