You obviously know nothing of the pay structures of medical insurance. State Insurance (Medicaid) and age insurance (Medicare) pay less than commercial insurances, who in turn lower their pay rates. If anything, they have a deflationary effect on costs.
Honestly, I just need to come to grips with the fact that $$$$ is the only cost recognized by liberals. Its a recurring theme in multiple discussions.That said, you don't need to raise prices to have a monopoly. You can be helping people, providing the lowest cost and still be a monopoly. That's neither here nor there.
