What does that have to do with shytty parents failing to be active in their children's school life and their kids acting like they ain't got no damn sense everytime they leave the house?

We all know the type of families these kids have at home, they will be disruptive and violent and there ain't shyt the school can do about it because the parents never return phone calls or go to parent teacher meetings. But when someone eventually has enough of the kids uncontrollable bullshyt and does something to them, suddenly the parents care and want to fight for their child.
