we out here winnin:salute:bout to shut shyt down this summer.

i dont know if its just me, but do any of yall get better ab results from dead lifts/squats rather than crunches or other ab workouts?
i just do squats and deadies and my abs are better than before....i havent done any isolated ab shyt in a couple years now after making the switch

You dont necessarily have to do ab workouts to work out your abs. Just have good form on different stations/lifting exercises and you'll achieve a core workout.

i havent done a single crunch/core excercise in like 5 years....cuttin carbs n lil cardio while steady hittin heavy ass squats + deads got me right....495 on my back :banderas:
