Why is it that the QB always gets the credit, EXCEPT when it comes to Tebow? That same defense lost 4 games out of 5 before Tebow ever stepped on the field. That same defense got LIT UP by a garbage Vikings team. That same defense got torched by the Pats in the playoffs.
The fukk outta here with that defense shyt. Fact is, when Tebow became the starter, the team got better.
I'm not trying to say Tebow is a great QB, but he's better than some starters and should be given a REAL chance to compete.
It's his fault. He shoulda went to Jacksonville when he had the chance

fact is when defense played well the team won
when defense played like shyt the team lost
broncos won exactly 4 games when allowing 20+ points
against bengals, which was without tebow
against vikings and raiders, both terrible that year, with tebow
and the said steelers game in the playoffs
they lost 7 other games where defense faltered for more than 20 pts
the conclusion anyone with brains should easily draw that broncos lived and died with their defense
tebow provided no real difference aside from like two lucky comebacks.

You still did not answer how a team suddenly winning Low scoring games that an OFFENSIVE player gets that credit and not the defense. HOW? In what world does that work? You haven't explained HOW and answered my question with an even more shytty and irrelevant question

He was. The sad part is that he WAS. On that front, he was given a raw deal. Even if he wasn't good enough to start, there were too many games where Fez was so bad you needed to go to your backup and the only time Rex ever decided to do it, Tebow was conveniently out of commission so he went with McElroy.

The defense got plenty of credit nikka. They deserved credit, they played good. Why is it that Tebow get's NO credit on here though? Tebow had nothing to do with turning that team around?
How is it that a defense lost as many times through the first 5 games as they did through the next 11? What was the ONE big difference in games 1-5 and 6-16?

denver broncos from games 5-16: scored 18.5 points per game
denver broncos defense through first 5 games: allowed 28 points per game
denver broncos defense from game 5-16: allowed 22.7 points per game
lets hear it from you again what the difference was
unless you have documented evidence that tebow played on that defense, Im not sure you have any point you can back up with facts
