They say QB is most important position of a football tm, and has the biggest effect on a team. I recall before tebow, Orton didnt exactly have that team as a winning team.
I dont care what 'they' say, its garbage fueled by media. dont know if youre familiar with my posts on here :heh: orton didnt 'have that team' because no qb 'has that team'

The defensive starters were the same, jus tebow changed in qb.

again,

denver broncos offense through first 5 games: scored 21 points per game
denver broncos from games 5-16: scored 18.5 points per game

denver broncos defense through first 5 games: allowed 28 points per game
denver broncos defense from game 5-16: allowed 22.7 points per game

the offense became worse at scoring pts since tebow became qb, and defense became better at preventing scoring. whats there not to get ?

It's funny how every1 says Den defense was soo good and thats why they won with tebow. But now that Peyton is there and they lost in playoffs, every1 is blaming that very same defense, lol.
because defense plays a major part in each teams success, especially in the playoffs. you can win or lose with any half-decent qb if you have good defense and overall team around you.

Almost as funny as how nikkas go on and on about them making the playoffs and totally ignore that they went 0-3 down the stretch including a 7-3 loss at home with the season on the line and they ended up backing into the playoffs and even getting a home playoff game due to a weak division.

Almost as funny as how whenever they played an elite offense they got blown off the field.

Almost as funny as the concept that teams are just passing over a quality QB for no good reason.

your stats have zero impact in NFL, as that doesnt tell the whole story. Footbal is a game about inches. If you got Orton gettin 3 and outs every other drive, and giving up prime field position, that has an impact on the game. Having a tebow stretchin out drives with his legs and play making even if doesnt lead to pts leads to more time off the clock, and now maybe that defense isn't worn down and tired, for their next series, and then can make a play for the ball and get dem ints/sacks etc.

Tebow had a positive effect, jus face it. if you think qbs means nuthing, then tell me, why Flacco got a huge new deal and Boldin got his ass traded away, and ed reed didnt get resign? Why da bradys, Peytons n brees mk dem bucks?

never sd no good reason, NFL is full of good solid players, that can't get jobs for different reasons, whether its money, team chemistry, media scrutiny, there are tonnes.

Jus ask TO n Randy moss why they struggling to get and keep jobs and they future hall of famers. TO's last yr in Cincy he was having a solid season, causing no headaches that leaked out at least, got hurt and no1 wants em. He's proven in past to come back strong of injuries. A like Det wit no healthy alternatives opposite CJ could've used him down the stretch when that fool Titus young was actin up.

The other stuff you said had nothing to do with my point nor with Tebow. And your acting like nfl teams dont overlook good solid players. They do, it happens all the time. Some guys are backups their whole ncaa career, go undrafted, cant get a job. jump from practice squad to practice squad and then finally enough injuries happen, and dude gets some PT and next thing you know hes the next star player, and ppl act like suddenly he just became good. dudes were always good, jus didnt have coaches who gave the time nor effort, or bz stuck following the hype of other players, for ever Andrew Luck there is a Brady who got passed up. For every adrien peterson there is a Arian Foster who got passed up.

Tebow was a starting qb n helped lead his tm into playoffs and got wins, u can argue he didnt win the game or not for his team, but 1 thing is for sure he didnt lose all dem games. Cuz they were wins. And there are other qbs last season getting PT that jus dont deserve, go look at Ari n jacksonville last yr. They had sum trash dat tebow for sure couldve outplayed.

my 'stats' have zero impact in the NFL ?
:what:
are you fukking retarded ?

the goal in the NFL is to score more points than the other team.
the goal in the NFL is to score as much points as you can on offense
and give up as few points as you can on defense

youre just throwing empty general statements around that are utterly false now. heres where I come to play and show you numbers which completely disprove all your bullshyt claims

here's a FACT for you

THE DENVER BRONCOS LED THE LEAGUE IN THREE AND OUTS WITH TIM TEBOW AT QB

the denver broncos had 30th worst 3rd down conversion % in 2011, as well.
30% on 3rd downs...
unless you claim that it was because of kyle orton, which just isnt true and I can easily show you the numbers as well

Tebow had a positive effect, jus face it
no he didn't. he had a couple of lucky drives and lucked out the raiders were a fukking mess. they lost to the damn chiefs putting up 3 points on the board to end that year in the last game and had to rely on the raiders to lose.

a sub-50% completion passing in todays NFL clearly should tell anyone hes not starter material.

What do you expect, Orton to lead the league if hes on the bench? If Orton had finished playin dat season he wldve finished wld more ints and last in every qb stat and while leading the Broncos to last place. Tebow came in had that team believing they could win, and the did.

You say LUCKY drives, but he did have them drives, he did make those game winning plays, him not Orton. Dude is a natural winner, and in football the stats dont tell the whole gm. Thats why the games are actually played, as the 1st place team dont win the superbowl every year.

If you think ur stats are the end all and be all, then turn ur tv off and dont bother watching the game, you can use your stats and calculate who's gonna win each yr. I'll b watchin da superbowl gm and watchin how Wacko Flacco had a tremendous post season outta nowhere n won dat superbowl wit ray ray da murderer.

Losing the last three games of the season and only scoring 3 in the finale at home had nothing to do with Tebow? :usure:

Being unable to keep up whenever they faced a top offense had nothing to do with Tebow? :usure:

Say what you will about any other QB in the league but none of them completed sub 50% of their passes and it's been established that Tebow is a shytty practice player.

All the rest of that stuff you posted is just irrelevant, randomness.

Did they make the playoffs? Did they win a gm in the playoffs? Thats my whole point, Tebow is a qb who has md playoffs and has a playoff gm win under his belt, while there are other qb's i nthis league that have proved nuthin n done nuthin yet still gettin chances. Tebow deserves a chance to compete in the league.

Ur acting like I'm debating Tebow is the 2nd coming of Montana or something. There are alot of trash, n bad qbs that still got jobs, comin into training camp gettin a chance to compete for the starters position, and frankly Tebow is better than alot of em and deserves a chance. Such as Chase Daniel gettin traded for and contracts, he hasn't proved nething yet in nfl, i dont get that.

Yeah there are a lot of less than great QBs in the L and Tebow had a chance to beat out two of them last year and he didn't. That's my point. If he was so deserving he would've earned a chance to play last year as well as a spot on the team for next year and he just flat out didn't get it done.

Beyond that the likes of Chase Daniel don't bring the baggage that Tebow brings. It's one thing to not be that good, which he isn't. It's another to not be that good AND bring all kinds of drama.
