Its funny because most of those hybrid positions were 5 days onsite back in feb-mar. Some companies smartened up and started offering remote and hybrid jobs.

I worked with an Indian company this week looking at the security infrastructure, the issue is that many of them are scared. Scared to make mistakes, scared to make suggestions, scared to think outside of the box. it's crazy lol. They refer to their managers as yes sir, no sir.
