The Indians and Chinese you see at these events by and large come from well to do upper middle class to elite families. These aren't desperate and hungry people, these are a privileged elite class who come to U.S for purely hedonistic reasons. It's like the rich kid who goes to Europe to study at some institution and stays in that country. That's who most of these people are and that's why alot of them act the way they do lol.
