disagree because there wasnt any malice on this dudes part. he didnt ask to get woken out of his bed, like zimmerman and dunn went looking for a fight strictly because they had a gun on them. you dont think this dude wishes she chose another door?

dude needs to be held accountable for his incredibly irresponsible gun ownership, but he didnt ask for any of this. thats what separates it. he should be in prison. but as far as im concerned this isnt the same trial as those. those were murder. this is reckless manslughterand for the record like i already said, the defenses strategy of digging into her facebook and shyt is absolutely disgusting

That Dr. Spitz character was paid like $90 an hour or something by the defense for us "work" in the case. He claimed he didn't do it for the money and his normal rate is $400 an hour 
All in all the police and medical examiner royally fukked up on evidence collection but hopefully that doesn't stop the jury from finding him guilty on charges. I'm expecting the case to wrap up this week. And a verdict by Thursday or early next week.

I dont see anyway they dont finish the trial and have a verdict by the end of this week.
