i had a feeling it would be difficult to prove that a grown man wielding a shotgun should fear for his life from a drunk/high 19 year old girl.
He could of punched her in the face and i still would have thought it was excessive.
no way is a woman breaking down the door anyway. ignore her or call the cops.

still gotta see what the sentence is.
using a gun during a felony is a mandatory 2 year minimum.
and his other charges can net him him 25 for the second degree and 15 for the manslaughter.
if he gets less than 17 years overall i will still consider this failed justice.

Fortunately the jury thought so.
