i felt some guise of sympathy for the fact that this dude got woken up outta his own bed, and didnt ask for any of this (not that that would at all outweigh what happened to the girl)

but after this trial, fukk him and fukk his defense team :camby:

the fukk? dude went to bed thinkin he was gonna get up for work tomorrow. what is there to deny about that?

he wasnt stalking a kid, tryna play a cop, and went to look for a fight SOLELY because he had a gun on him. he didnt walk to his car, retrieve a gun and then come back and shoot at a car full of kids. he got woke up by someone bangin on his door and made a split decision that cost a young girl her life, and is prolly gonna cost him too. frankly i think the comparisons to those cases, weaken this case

all i said was that there was nothin premeditated about the shyt. if im on the jury im convictin him of manslaughter, because hes guilty of taking someones life through irresponsible actions

You said he didn't ask for any of this. He had ample time to call 911

Well, it all comes down to today..and then its in the hand of the jurors

From reading tweets yesterday it sounds like Prosecution will have an hour for closing, followed by an hour for the defense, and another hour of rebuttal for the prosecution.

The final charges in the jury instruction should be 2nd degree murder (prosecutor got the judge to add "gross negligence" in the murder 2 instruction) and manslaughter.

Decatur where its greater
- Defense was trying to stop the prosecutor from saying Renisha was looking for help that night, judge allows it

- Defense was trying to use Renisha attacked Wafers home and judge strikes it down

-Prosecutor wants to let jury hold shotgun during closing judge allows.

A lot of wins for the prosecutor when it comes to closing argument.
