how did his pro day go?
Underwhelming according to the espn talking heads
I watched it live and didn't see any problems. But I've also never seen any other quarterback pro days
how did his pro day go?
He wasn't accurate in the upper 3rd/deep pass and overthrew balls. I think it is accurate to say Matt Ryan like accuracy is a good assessment for TB. I think his biggest strengths are what Ryan has but unlike Ryan, he is mobile in the pocket and accurate outside of it.Underwhelming according to the espn talking heads

Naw, I think all of them have their flaws. This is more like the Rivers, Manning, and Big Ben class. Except I think TB is better than all of them by a decent margin. Manizel is Fran Tarkenton 2.0. Blake is Big Ben lite. Could be as good or better but it's going to take a lot like it did for Big Ben at first. What a shocker. It's gotta be Manziel or nobody else. fukk Blake snorkels too n/h

None of them are RG3, Cam or Luck in terms of elite physical attributes with elite talent and skill but I do think you can have some Russell Wilson in TB. Some Big Ben in Bortles. Some Fran Tarkenton in Manizel. It's too hard to predict the future with these guys but they are better than Big Ben, Eli, and Rivers out of college. All three of them but they aren't close to the finish product those players are now and no bet they will get there. Who ever is going to Oakland will bust.No doubt, none of these guys are elite, but I just feel something special about Johnny. League wants to groom him into a superstar
I usually watch it, I doubt it was bad at all but you know, when you are a top prospect, ppl want perfection. JaMarcus Russell was an oddity. Luck was special at his as was RG3. Those two were elite talents without question.Underwhelming according to the espn talking heads

My prognostications about Ted Scrubwater are coming n/h trueHe wasn't accurate in the upper 3rd/deep pass and overthrew balls. He can be better, much better pocket mobility, much better throwing on the run, much better game speed in general. Some like to say he's comparable to Rodgers and I don't agree but I do think he can be special in the right offense. Like Ryan, he is not raw. He is a polished prospect. He will be a net positive day 1 and turn some wack franchise around but can he be Tom Brady, Peyton Manning, Drew Brees, or Aaron Rodgers is completely up in the air and is all about development and growth within. If TB can be Matt Ryan, I think he's worth a top five pick. Ryan is comfortably a top 15 QB in this league.
Naw, it's dead wrong Omar. No disrespect but he is an extremely skilled QB and has great Football IQ. His ability to throw on the run is elite although he is trying to change the way he throws the ball and it's coming out more inconsistent than it did in college. Let this be the time to improve. I remember Cam looking like shyt at his pro day fixing his mechanics then the season started and his mechanics were much better and he looked ten times better of a passer than he was in college. Sometimes you gotta see things for what they are. I tend to trust the tape.My prognostications about Ted Scrubwater are coming n/h true
Cam is an athletic freak and carried a team to a national title, so GM's were more willing to overlook a bad pro day. Bridgewater's measurable are average at best, so he can't afford to look shytty throwing the football.Naw, it's dead wrong Omar. Not really, maybe you but NFL GMs/scouts/owners going to watch the tape breh and make decisions. Besides, he still has numerous individual workouts with teams privately which most top QB prospects don't do which is a positive.Cam is an athletic freak and carried a team to a national title, so GM's were more willing to overlook a bad pro day.
