Well to build what should be insecurities into strengths self reflect on what your strengths and weaknesses are. Accept them, be comfortable with them, make fun of yourself with them and openly make fun if them to other people. That way you've heard it all they won't phase you a bit. So you don't shake or weaken.
Its hard but once you conquer this part you can now begin to look for insecurities in others. You pick up what makes other people nervous and what their general insecurities are. Focus on those, devise your jokes, store them in your mind
When the roast session breaks out attack. Attack fast, use everything you know about them, use your surroundings use pop culture references its all to keep them unsure where you're going to go next and while they're thinking about that and where you're going to go they're slowing up and everything they're hitting you with doesn't phase you cause you've already roasted yourself dozens of times.

lol you must be Scorpio but i hear that.

it seems like you got a dope idea i hope you get your message across and its poignant works for sure.

i can even see a book cover - lol - like a man looking into a mirror and the reflection is the joker type jacquain phoenix or something disturbing looking back.

deep though.

Creativity just flows like the prose. Speaking of Joker you should check out the concept I made for a movie in another thread:

Seeing a

Make sure you've read the other thread before checking this
Telling ya, you'll ruin it for yourself if you don't read the concept first then this because the aim is to see if you picked up on the hints in the script by yourself
young Black girl as Joker taking on an old white Batman as I described would blow peoples minds with the symbolism and so many other factors I can already see in my mind

And thats before we get into the sequel which is where the movie truly starts and the third act delivers something out there as it gets super dark and extra spiritual.

bro i am impressed with your creative writing.

but the black girl taking on an old white batman is genius dog, because you didnt know who the joker was so it works and i see the symbolism and social commentary.

For real I just tapped that up in the moment after seeing the topic. Its like Fif said "My imagination Is more vivid than life" and that is a part of embodying your real self. I guess a near death experience does that to a man because you truly feel the shadows depth and after that the game is never the same.

so you're not actively putting pen to pad :lupe:

it seems like a bit of sad tale because in just a couple months you could have a 100+ pages of something potent and of course original.

you get time to even type that up and laminate the front cover, you could try see what some publishing house would make of your stories.

Wealth poisoning. How having(effectively) unlimited money cripples your ability to deal with crisis situations.

For example: elon musk knows climate change is a threat, he's spent roughly the same as our fed gov budget on climate change to...offer to buy twitter.

The titanic is sinking and men like him are rearranging the deck chairs and complaining that there's not enough starch in the uniforms

For real, I could do that very easily and get on in an instant because I know for a fact there isn't anyone on the planet that thinks like I do but that isn't what drives me, its just a side effect of the way I choose to interact with three dimensional reality.

What really interests me is helping others to shake off the shackles of the mind made prison and elevate themselves from the clutch of the false self and embrace the real by releasing what was always inside. Then we can shift the phase of the planet from the course its on and spare the next generation of children from the delusions that have plagued humanity since the dawn of recorded history. They'll make the quantum leaps by themselves after that and it'll be a whole new game.

My goals are larger than personal gain and acclaim.

bro this is potent i like the imagery in your words at the end there, like some gonzo journalism.

Yeah, that is a very valid point because thats the reason the ancestors created those folk tales and myths is because they work from the very depths of our being to communicate higher truths. That really is interesting and you've given me something to think about in terms of hitting a broader target in an indirect way as opposed to changing the world one mind at a time.

Insignificant posting from an insignificant poster
Overcoming social obstacles of being a vreh/at the bottom of life's social/dating totem pole and still perservering thru the calamity that is life for folks of my background/species. Always being looked over and passed up, made me a fighter and more resilient. Still got that proverbial chip on my shoulder at 40. Never got comfy.

But I've always been a firm believer in that it's not what you say... it's how it's presented... and the way you look/perform when communicating it.

The man with the most power in the room is the man with the best story telling abilities.

For instance, I'm already dreading death because, even though I already wrote my own death speech... obviously i'm not going to be at my own wake to deliver it and I fear whomever will, is going to ultimately botch the shiit out of it.

No one can deliver my story like me... but they'll try. lol
