I agree that law should be unconstitutional. Prove that the person actually knew what was going on and we have a case but just being there is not enough.

The cops didn’t post it, there are channels on YouTube and other social media platforms that all they do is trawl police reports and file FOIA requests to get footage of police interactions to post for views.
