I personally know 3 people who drowned. One fell in the water from slipping and 3 guys jumped in the save him. Only one made it back alive because the current took the other 3 away.

So I can't blame em for not jumping in, but I can't condone just laughing, filming, and not calling 911.

That's the part that upset me. I won't blame them for trying to jump in themselves...they might not know how to swim. But the time they took to laugh and film could have been used to call for help, or figure out some way to get him out
