Some of these buildings be basically made out of paper maché the walls and stuff are so thin.

Dude was probably a contractor working in the attic and stepped between exposed floorboards.​

Seen that happen more than a few times.



Pro-Tip: If you are working in an attic with exposed floor beams, layout 1-2" thick plywood sheets across the beams.​
