Tell me WHY they are 2 different big-budget Hercules movies that are coming out in 2014?

at Kellan lutz being the lead in "The Legend of Hercules" & it's coming out in January, you know it's gonna be trash.

The Kellan Lutz one seems like it'll suck and I saw a few pictures and just based on that and the trailer of the first one, I'd rather watch The Rock.

Cacs caught wind of a Greek god being played by a Kneegrow and are attempting to undercut Hercules: The Thracian Wars which has been in talks since 2008.......The Rock didn't come aboard till late 2012, and out of fukking no where in early 2013, this other movie is announced.........

I can't believe a movie with $70+ million budget, can't get any name actors to sign-on. fukk OUTTA HERE with Miley Cyrus's new boyfriend Kellan Lutz (From the "Twilight" movies) as the lead actor.

That first Hercules movie looks like a bunch of studio execs were wondering what to do with the leftover sets from Spartacus and one of them was like:

"Maybe we could just shoot another movie with this stuff"

That's literally the only reason I can think of why Hercules is fighting in what seems to be Roman armor in a Roman coliseum like a Roman gladiator, in a legend that stems from ancient Greece.
