Y’all wasn’t as close as you perceived if she can completely cut you out of her life for a comment you made in the heat of a disagreement. shyt happened to me at the beginning of the pandemic. Been knowing this one chick for years, since 2005. Friendship for 15 years, strong, or so I thought.
One night, I was voicing my frustration with this CAC neighbor of mine who would always let his dog jump on me and then, when I would look annoyed, he would say “oh. Don’t worry. He doesn’t bite”, as if that’s the ONLY concern that I could have about your funky, drooling, shedding ass dog jumping on me while I’m headed to work. Fresh out of the shower. Cussed his ass out real good one day and made the mistake of telling her about it. This bytch immediately starts being contrarian for the sake of being contrarian, telling me I overreacted, I should have talked to him more kindly, etc. I’m like “bytch I have. Multiple times””
She was on this fake “enlightened new path” bullshyt after being argumentative and toxic ASF in her relationships for YEARS. She started seeing a therapist and, all of a sudden, she’s the fukking Dali Lama and can do no wrong, and everything is peace love and happiness, and “he who angers you controls you”, etc.
We didn’t speak for like two weeks after that. I broke down and hit her up to clear the air because she has conceded and called first after disagreements in the past. And I was never tripping. Always was willing to put that petty shyt in the past and not let it get in the way of continuing our friendship. But when I reached out to her? She gave me her ass to kiss and said my “anger” was a hindrance to her “growth as a person”
Therapy babble bullshyt. She made it clear that I didn’t mean shyt to her and she was willing to lose me over some shyt we could’ve fixed with a 5 minute conversation. But she chose to use that situation as a proxy to end the friendship because she probably met some insecure ass nikka who didn’t want me around. And her gullible ass allowed herself to be manipulated for some new dikk. So. If it’s fukk me, it’s fukk you. Don’t care who TF you are

Over the years I've realized keeping platonic friendships with women are a waste. It's usually walking on eggshells because the moment you hit her with the real, friendship is over due to the fact that women have a hard time with accountability.
These days if I aint smashing, then she's not even in my radar. Disdain the things you can't have. I've learned that you can't really put any energy into platonic relationships in these 2020's. You're just wasting your time that can be better spent somewhere else

Everything that I have seen says this is false...now from my experience alot of single women WITH children (whether divorced, OWW or widowed) tend to be content when they're older. A lot of them are satisfied with being piped and left over and over again...
but older, childless, single women tend to be some of the most angry and miserable people on god's earth--they make the WOAT supervisors, neighbors and family friends...especially if they're in that 40-60 range. They hate men, children and everything in between and they wear permanent scowls on their faces.
with older single guys...i can't call it. but usually if they have some kind of game they seem to be good with or without children. the ones who can't get any women just come off as depressed and alcoholic

Yes, most studies seem to indicate this, financial support was the main reason why women use to marry in the past, and with that becoming increasingly rare as more and more women start earning their own money, they almost have no incentive to marry.
And if they want children they could pretty much drive to their nearest sperm bank(more and more business minded women are doing this btw).
