nikkas move to Cali/Ny whit a hope and a dream of making it big, but they soon realize how expensive, how crowded, how rough it is

A lot of people moved their from Cali to the point that boise became expensive too

No one likes Ohio word to @smitty22
Americans need to use their common sense. If you are moving to a popular place or a place that’s becoming more attractive then you are literally signing up to be in a crowded city or a city that will be more crowded.

It’s as if these people view life as a video game or something

I lived in FL f

no lies told; I've been fortunate enough to travel all over the world. I've never been to a city that can match NY In that aspect. Tokyo the closest thing. Never been to china tho
Hong Kong or Shanghai (particularly the Puxi district).

I'm surprised to see that Tennessee not on the list. That's surprising due to being smack dab in the middle of the Bible belt, being tough on women's abortion rights, being number one in the world in Covid cases multiple times, plus I see people still proudly waving their Confederate flags, we'll be one of the last states in the union to legalize weed, and this was also the state that the KKK was birthed in.

Among other things.
As a New Yorker I only hear about Cacs moving to Tennessee. I barely know anyone from the east coast at least who moved down there. I imagine the blacks folks moving down there are mostly from the Midwest

What’s it like living in Connecticut as a black person?
The Fairfield county side of CT is just an extension of NYC suburbs in my opinion and they all have access to the metro north train that takes them right into the Bronx and Manhattan. I view them the same way I view black folks in Long Island

Hartford CT reminds me of your typical rough east coast city (Baltimore/Philly - nowhere near as dangerous as both tho)

Also lots of black folks in the state are mostly black immigrants:

Hartford - Jamaican
Bridgeport - Jamaican Haitian
Stamford - Haitian

Why do people equate NYC equalling the entirety of New York State :gucci:?

It makes me realize how ignorant people are when it comes to NYS.

NYC being “crowded” has nothing to do with the rest of the state. You have Albany, Syracuse, Rochester, Buffalo, and many of the other mid-sized cities, small towns, and such.
Yea I hate when I see NY = crowded because once you leave the nyc metro area there is nothing crowded about NY lol.

We need more black people in Nebraska.

-Lowest unemployment rate in America, an overabundance of well paying jobs

-Cheap, nice-sized houses on big plots of land

-You don't gotta deal w dirty ass buses & subways, come ride on our big clean streets & highways

-Cheer on the best football team in the country, our beloved Nebraska Cornhuskers. On game day, Memorial Stadium has more people than every city in Nebraska except Omaha

-Before you nikkas complain about racist rednecks, we strapped to the nines out here. AKs, ARs, KelTecs, Dracos, MPXs, Nebraska nikkas was putting switches on Glocks 20 years ago.

The only downside is that our property tax rate is kinda high, but it don't matter when our homes are so cheap. We need more black people in the Great Plains.
Except people are mostly moving to cities because they don’t want to spend their lives on highways getting to work.

Get with reality

I live in South Carolina and there are so many Ohio transplants it is ridiculous. Still never understood why so many have moved from there to here
