I’ve come to believe that the main appeal to In-N-Out Burger is that it is regional.

The fact that you can’t get it in most parts of the country is what makes people want to try it.

But it’s really not that great. And I’ve had it many times.

When a Chik Fil A comes to your town, that’s probably worth your interest.
They are both the same situation. Any of these chain fast food restaurants have a hype/nostalgia that’s based on regionalism and memories. Like none of the food is super high quality :manny:

Grew up on In N Out, but I’m not liking this potential move to the Southeast for the company

Synder must have gotten a pretty penny to dilute the brand like this. Her dad would have never done this

They sell burgers and fries. how much different can it be from what the other fast food restaurants sell.
It's the same low quality beef, bread and fried potatoes.

Every few years a new one of these places get hyped selling the same shyt but with a different marketing scheme

What's TN looking like for transplants?
I'm planning to take a trip out there this summer.
Depends on which part of Tennessee you are thinking about relocating to. Tennessee is sort of like Georgia. Most people relocate to either Atlanta or Nashville in both States. If you are not in either one of those two places then you are really in the South.

Nashville is Honky Tonk central. Not a more southern place around. Yeah it's a decent sized city now with growing diversity, but that place has not forgotten it's roots.

Nashville is not honky tonk central. Nashville is the White version of Atlanta.

East Tennessee, especially around Knoxville, is honky tonk central. Red necks galore.

I'm talking about the bars/clubs. They're called honky-tonks. They play a whole lot of country music.

That shtick to get people to visit and spend money. It is like the Blues and Memphis or cowboy hats, horses and Houston/Dallas.
