The fact that Saudi Arabia, the U.A.E or any of the more prosperous Arab countries didn't volunteer to take in any of the Syrian refugees let's know the danger the refugee crises imposes. It also signifies a lack of genuine effort to take accountability for Islamic exremism and instability in their own region.

If Western nations weren't so naive with their borders, major powers in the M.E. would have no choice but to sort out the rise of Islamic extremism on their own. The governments of Europe has brought a lot of this on themselves unfortunately. And Eurpeans are paying for it. You can't displace and topple stable and soveriegn nations (Iraq, Libya etc) and then allow highly traumatized people into your country as a result in all that chaos. As a result they now have large alienated Muslim populations with an entirely different set of customs and principles than the native population. The experiement of multiculturalism is a failure and has only breeded more divisions amongst cultures who already have an opposing set of practices and customs.
I suspect that many more attacks (unfortunately) will be attempted. This will eventually pave the way for more Nationalist type groups to rise to power. And this could potentially give rise to fascism all over again if there is no balance.
