In theory, the model 3 could be the robotaxi right now if the FSD he promised 10 years worked.

Even if FSD worked, Tesla has a horrible rollout plan, so the earliest we will see this car is 2030.

Also…. How long are the model s and model x going to live on with no big updates? Where is the highland update for the model y???

Tesla can’t keep going using preorders to pad the numbers. Legacy manufactures announce a car AFTER most of the r&d has been done and you can buy it in a year or two.
