John Singleton did that as a joke.right? it's like Janet making Pac take an aids test before shooting love scenes for Poetic Justice

Then why would you act? To be yourself? LolHonestly I wouldn't say words I don't use in my daily vocabulary either. I barely use slang words that came from other regions in this country.
So you hate (bad) actors that can’t get the accents/language of the characters they’re portraying down correctly?
I agree with that, and I guess it makes sense….if Tessa and the film team felt like she couldn’t get it down, even after the 2 other films. Might as well ditch it.
But the idea of evolving beyond from where they came from in certain contexts is flippant, even tho it’s also real.
If you were a big actor and played a character, you would eventually feel like you have a better idea of who they are as time goes on. If you feel like you character would or wouldn’t say this or do this and that you would probably atleast ask the director about it. Directors listen to big actors and actresses and in literally every movie you see, there was a scene where the actor went off script during filming and the director just kept it there or in the case the actor / actress lets them know first. Denzel in training Day, heath ledger as Joker… actors change up lines because they feel they are deeply in tune and immersed with their characterThen why would you act? To be yourself? Lol
Is there a reason why stated?
That i see no issue with. I was under the presumption it wasn’t for artistic reasons.
