Biggest thing avoid people , don’t touch your face without making sure your hands clean and be careful of what u touching

living in big tourist cities/States like a New York, California, New Orleans and Florida I personally feel u are at a higher risk

u have all these nasty motherfukkers coming in from overseas , nasty ass Americans who don’t care about hygiene until now and nasty ass places who never cleaned shyt one time has people fukked up

This info might not help you but I took xofluza and rotated Tylenol 1000mg (based on weight) and ibuprofen 800mg(based on weight) and my symptoms of body aches and a dull headache disappeared within 24 hours. You have to take xofluza in the first 48hrs to guarantee it’s effectiveness.

I’m just passing the info for anyone else that may get this. They should ask their dr if the same regimen would work for them.
