I hate to be that guy but it's about the dignity. They deliberately humiliated this man. He is not cattle, he is a person, a citizen, but this is the vibe they were going for, this image is probably more sickening than a shot to the chest because it is DEHUMANIZING. One could argue that public humiliation is worse than the sentence he would get if he was found guilty for trespassing. Getting arrested doesnt even mean hes guilty. They booked him for trespassing. trespassing ffs. shyt they coulda just said "move along nikka". He better sue and get a bag.
