Not to sound like a Texas apologist but they put a lot of players in the league and have a title in the last decade. Should they have achieved more than they have so far? Absolutely. Still they have done pretty well for themselves recently. Being a sooner I understand shytting on them does come natural for you though so I get where you're coming from.

Honestly, though I'm a Sooner alum, I'm also a realist. If Texas was what they are hyped to be, I'd admit. Just as I admit currently that OU is wetting the bed in recent years.
But I'm just saying I never understood the hype year in and year out for them b/c outside of Young and McCoy(and Charles), they have zero offensive stars. You could say the same for OU perhaps, but OU's recruiting classes have never been what Texas' were. Well, in terms of rankings.
