What was the penalty? There was a similar penalty in the OU game that I never heard of until today. Illegal wedge. On kickoffs, the wall cannot have more than 2 players in front of the ball handler receiving the kickoff.

It was a disconcerting signal penalty. I guess someone on the defense was mimicking the snap count.

Oh.... Yeah, I've heard of that penalty. Learned it in playing elementary ball. It rarely happens because it's generally understood that you can't mimic any snap count signals. It's really the only advantage offenses have.

That's desperation if you have to do that.
