Cats gotta know what they're getting into when taking these jobs at big time schools who've won in the past. Charlie Strong.. Lane Kiffin when he was at USC... Your team has to make some type of jump from the previous year to the next. Can't just keep saying I have to get "my guys" in to win cause you're still working with high 3 and 4 star recruits unless you're coaching a mid major.
