Imprisonment shouldn’t be inhumane and people certainly shouldn’t be dying there due to the temperature.

a lot of americans just straight up do not care about the constitution in cases like this.
when you read stories about incarceration on social media and read the comments its wild depressing. a lot of these second ammendment types think you lose all your rights as soon as you get convicted of a crime

My point is people don’t care when the victims are evil/monsters/less than human etc. and the public perception of prison inmates is just that, generally speaking.

The same type of logic applies to drug testing applicants. It cost far more to drug test than amounts saved for rejecting applicants that test positive.
