I don't think anybody can shyt on 540lb rows, with clean and controlled reps.

If he was jerkin and moving around he could do 600.
I'd agree this is impressive.

I always like looking at bench deadlifts and squats though.

I'd like to think his deadlift is 400-500 lbs with that on the rows

30 is still peak age of athleticism, if he were to continue, in a year or two there would be a slight decline. One reason I think people start slowing down at around 30 is because they realize that they don't have to work as hard to achieve the same results. Take basketball for example, Michael Jordan was, I think, the quickest player I've ever seen play, but in his 30s, he seem to not need speed as much after regularly utilizing the fadeaway. So he didn't have to work as hard, this making it seem like he slowed down. His first step was still deadly tho even in his 30s. By 40 there was a noticeable decline in his explosiveness. By that age he was the strongest person on the court.

Crazy how so many people here dont seem to understand that its the end of the workout and he is not just driving there to do 2 reps :mjlol:
