No difference, muscle is muscle. People just don't work their lower body the same like they do their upper.

nikkas will do 100 sets of chest in a workout and only do 5 machine sets on leg day then wonder why they not making no progress

never really understood why so many people neglect legs,

squats for me are the g.o.a.t weight lifting exercise.

they will help you jump higher, run faster, have better balance.

It's still one of the the best excersie for chest :wtf:. Someone putting up 3 plates on a bench is going to be pretty strong considering not many people can do that. And bench press is not a powerlift:wtf:
