Do you even lift? That's like getting impressed with someone leg pressing a large amount. I'm not saying that's that's a bad rep or anything but it's hardly a sign of strength. And he did 2 reps which I'm sure he made sure he knew he could do.

This really ain't that impressive to me. You can load them hammer strength machines up with plates. Can't stunt with machine lifts, only free weights

Let me see some barbell bend over rows with 315 and we talkin

Edit: this the same as nikkas loading up the hack squat and leg press with 6, 7, 8 plates on each side but can't even squat 225 barbell proper

good shyt. i'd be more impressed with a heavy barbell row, though... more stabilization required.

fif got that old man strength... but is looking bloated like busta rhymes did in his 40s n/h... need to cut that BF% down a little

Which is true but anyone thinking that it doesn't show a sign of strength is a damn fool. Everybody ain't moving 6 plates on hammer strength machines,it's rare seeing it

Glad to see brothers taking care themselves period, sick of seeing so many of us checking out in our late 40's early 50's. Nice controlled reps is always good to see

No need to have the stereotypical "my dad can beat up your dad/I'm stronger/I can do that but seated backwards with two big booty chicks feeding me grapes for 15 reps"debate most gym threads devolve into over it

Yes going to the gym and doing reps will get you stronger. Doing two reps of however much weight will probably not.


There's certain machines/excerises a that let you load up on plates and look like you are lifting an insane amount. The leg press is notorious for that. You have little ass people loading up 10 plates and acting like they are putting in work.

Overhead press
Deadlift
Standing barebell rows
Even bench press is more of a sign of strength.
