Which is true but anyone thinking that it doesn't show a sign of strength is a damn fool. Everybody ain't moving 6 plates on hammer strength machines,it's rare seeing it

Read my edit, like I said I see people load leg press and hack squat regularly with hella plates that can't free weight squat even half the weight they put on the machines. Not only that, nikkas will do that shyt regularly for years and still look like ostriches in the legs because they duckin the squat rack :mjlol:

Yes going to the gym and doing reps will get you stronger. Doing two reps of however much weight will probably not.

There's certain machines/excerises a that let you load up on plates and look like you are lifting an insane amount. The leg press is notorious for that. You have little ass people loading up 10 plates and acting like they are putting in work.

Overhead press
Deadlift
Standing barebell rows
Even bench press is more of a sign of strength.
Doing two reps of any weight indicates you are strong enough to lift that weight. Hence it is a sign of strength.

No difference, muscle is muscle. People just don't work their lower body the same like they do their upper.

nikkas will do 100 sets of chest in a workout and only do 5 machine sets on leg day then wonder why they not making no progress

 You nikkas will learn one day

lol what am i gonna learn?

I grew up boxing, combat sports are actually a big part of my life.

I work out 4-5 days a week.

There are guys I work out with that can deadlift, press, and squat a good bit more than me.

but they don't have the speed, coordination, balance, stamina or Iq I do.

Agreed. As I said lower body is totally different from upper you could blow ya legs out and not have to work em for a week and come back stronger. It's totally different.

But my point is what 50 doing in that clip is strong, upper body has so many different lifts that determines strength that all of us and another 20 guys will all say something different,I'm not saying that what 50 did in the clip is the ultimate test of strength, but it does show he's not weak at all.

Straight facts, thank you.

Why are posters flexin, going hard to hate on dude. 50 instagram post clearly said that was his last set before wrapping up his gym session. Most people coasting by the time they get to that last set...Yall saw how sick Sean P was lookin for YEARS and a brother showing the opposite end of the spectrum and the unicorns come out.

I guess he gotta put up hour long raw footage clips of him consistently powerbuilding on olympic lifts and free weights just to please gym bob and the special snowflakes lol.

But see you comparing it to guys who trained, majority of the world ain't trained,so you catch two regular cats in the streets the bigger stronger guy majority of the time is gonna win.
