i have had this done to me before and i learned a valuable lesson. keep everything, document, and the "forward" button is your friend if you want to remind people of what they said/promised.

You know when some genius in another dept doesnt have their facts or information straight about something, or something wasnt done on time & they try to throw you under the bus or single you out. And rather than just asking you directly via email or calling, they want to CC everyone of importance in the company on the e-mail.
It's only happened a couple of times, but the feeling in reading their email is.....then it turns to

then you hit "Reply All" & after you finish it turns into

Cause it's always the corny, non confrontational in person, brown nose, passive aggressive muthafukka who does this. It's like, you could have asked me that question over the phone, at my Cube or in a private email conversation, but nah, you want to CC 15 muthafukkas, 11 of whom have no idea what you are talking about and three who don't really care.
I really hate that shyt.

This bytch tried that with me a couple of years ago and had the fukking nerve to e-mail my manager's boss and CC my manager and another senior call scheduler talking about I arrived late at a customer site and the customer ended up leaving and the job will now miss the SLA and has to be rescheduled and blah blah blah.
I was fukking furious as hell, but I called my manager first and explained to him the situation and he knew right away this dumb hooker didn't even have all her facts, but because the customer called her all mad she's gonna take that shyt out on me and try and throw me under the bus. What's funny is that the sneaky bytch didn't e-mail me directly (and also shouldn't have been involved in the first place) cos she obviously didn't want me to see all the bullshyt she wrote, my manager forwarded the e-mail to me to ask me what was up.
Long story short, I hit the 'reply all' and broke down the facts to this slore with times, my destination, reference numbers, my conversations with the customer beforehand etc etc etc. I pretty much told her (obviously in a stern, professional way) in future to get her facts straight and don't be a fukking tattle tale snitch since we're all a team because it doesn't help morale, plus she's based in another city and couldn't possibly know what goes on here. bytch was hiding from me for a month after that, I normally used to deal with her but one of her colleagues took over for a while cos her little bullshyt backfired on her BIGTIME. Thankfully she left not too long after that.

I oversee a broadband grant awarded to my territory, (the USVI) which includes but isn't limited to the procurement/solicitations of contractors, contractual monitoring, financial and property management, internal controls for audit trail purposes impromptu site visits to make sure people are doing what they're supposed to do and them some
a LOT of red tape...SHPO, EA, and FONSI regulations that we have to adhere to, especially since this is a tropical region and we're laying underground wires and pipes (@Phoenix_Knightly23 ) underwater, underground and above ground....i'm also being transitioned to do other legal related stuff, like drafting Award Action Requests to the feds, (i.e. NTIA, NOAA, NIST.....) the job is a perfect resume builder and I have some pull here when it comes to recommendations and getting into that dere good law school in D.C....just gotta keep saving up moolah
Man the most tense email is when theres someone from another company emailing you on business, and they got all their bosses and stuff CCd ont the email, and you know if you reply all and say something wrong their bosses are going to contact your bosses
