He is a white man who happened to have a African father.

first it was

'just wait until his second term he gone look out for blacks'

Then

'Wait until he get out of office he really gone show out for blacks when the cuffs are gone'

Obama is a willing aid to white supremacy always has been always will be.

Thats his dads fault

The first sentence of this article makes it pointless. Talking about what police reform “usually means.” My nikka, come up with a better plan if everything that has been presented is trash. We need to stop leaving these things in the hands of these political hustlers. Just because people’s plan are bad, it doesn’t mean police reform is bad. This is just an extension of the issue I originally mentioned. You can’t tie a general phrase like “Police Reform”, which is really just a description and not a specific action, to a few people’s terrible ideas about how to implement it. It’s like saying basketball is trash because you watched the New York Knicks.

Man, please. Gays straight up hijacked the rainbow, no matter how the majority felt about it, the message it would send to kids, or the semantics of it all. Now black people have to find a middle ground that everyone is okay hearing? Don't come telling me black people have to work on their messaging to get their point across. Defund the police is exactly that....DEFUND THE POLICE! Who said abolish? And miss me with this "reform" nonsense. You can not reform white supremacist. Damn near every other week, there's more evidence of cops being in racists groups, saying racist things online, having racist tattoos, flashing racist hand signs.....how do you reform that? Better yet, why do you insist on black people pushing the reform narrative that YOU know is false? These clowns can come up with goofy names for legislation from Green New Deal, Dreamers, etc, but now all these politicians with law degrees somehow cant articulate "defund the police" correctly to their constituents? If the slogan was so bad, why isnt Barry out here providing context to it instead of crapping on it? He's an agent. And you're a clown for letting politicians tell you that YOU'RE not smart enough to comprehend a three word phrase.

1. I didn’t say come to a middle ground the people are okay hearing. I’m talking about actually coming to a middle ground that makes the sense for an end goal. Y’all love talking about shyt with no clue how to get you to your goal. Use some damn strategy.

2. Do you know the definition of defund? If you stop funding the police there are no police. It’s that simple. It’s why “Defund” doesn’t make sense.

3. You’re not reforming white supremacists. You reform the system. How people are hired. How they are held accountable. How transparent they have to be. Etc. White supremacy ain’t going anywhere and even abolishing the police ain’t changing that.

I never said I’m not smart enough to do anything. You’re just rambling on and making shyt up. I operate in logic. The majority of the population does not. Based on the definition of “Defund” vs. what people actually want, the slogan doesn’t make sense. What people are asking for when explained in a paragraph is not what “Defunding” the police means, in a literal sense.

Ok what is your plan on reforming the police than .

Step 1: Eliminate qualified immunity under any circumstance. Police officers should be tried like any other citizen.

Step 2: Make body cams mandatory for all police officers and make it a crime for officers to turn off body cameras for any reason.

Step 3: Settlements for victims come out of pension plans instead of budgets paid by taxpayers

Step 4: Eliminate (make illegal) the use and stockpiling of military grade equipment (tanks, assault rifles, etc)

Step 5: Require a training program that is at least a year long, maybe even longer, before officers are allowed to leave the desk.

Step 6: Make all purchases (non-administrative) for police departments itemized and available to the public.

Step 7: Require officers to live within a certain distance of the area they’re policing (if possible) and maybe even incentivize citizens to become officers for their own communities.

Im sure there is much more and I’m sure there are details in my suggestions that’ll need to be clarified to avoid loopholes, but that’s what I got, off the top.

:ehh:that good plan alot of that is what I want to see democrat fight for when it come to getting the police force back in line but only the progressive democrats would back all that no way any of that would fly with the centrist democrats who are the still in control of the democrat party they wont back any of your plan for fear of losing the white moderate voters to the Republican Party that why in the coming years it will be very important to vote more progressive in seats of power.

Defund does not mean stop. Just like DEcrease doesn't mean eliminate. Or DEscend doesn't mean to completely halt. Brush up on your prefixes.

My nikka... just look up the definition. Prefixes sometimes have different meanings depending on the language of origin. Not to mention, not all words follow the rules.

Thanks for proving my point. Going from 500 to 300 is defunding. Where in that definition does it even insinuate that it means going from 500 to 0?

Considering progressive Democrats such as Ro Khanna, Raúl Grijalva, Jan Schakowsky, and Keith Ellison voted in favor of a blue lives matter bill titled "The Protect and Serve Act of 2018", even they cannot be trusted here :francis:

Ro has me looking at his ass sideways a couple times lately but I still think he’s one of the most righteous people in Congress.
