I would’ve loved to be making that kind of money at 30…especially if you single with no kids…at some point tho I came to the realization that I would loathe having a job of any type despite the money…idk if that’s necessarily a good thing cuz I envy the ppl that have the stability that allows them to get up and go to work everyday with purpose

Maybe not work for myself is the right word I think I meant getting rich in general because honestly I want to be able to wake up when ever I want and do whatever the fukk I want to do at a moments notice

like what’s the best way to get rich/wealthy besides entrepreneurship?

My ideal life is traveling to different countries when I want to and staying as long as I want to while making music, nothing fancy or luxurious (but that would be a cool bonus). That’s it, I’m not asking for much :hubie:

Do you also want to get 'flewed out'? You sound like a bytch be grateful you have a job, the way you sound I highly doubt you have the skills or fortitude to attain the lifestyle you want

$90K at 30 turns into a lot more at 40 if you are okay with switching companies for better opportunities. I was making like $65k at 30 years old. Now I’m at more than double that at 39. I hate answering to people and listening to idiot superiors, but they pay me good money to sit at home in front of my computer and work 8 hours a day. Working from home is a godsend, so I just deal with the bullshyt. It can and has been much worse :yeshrug:

If your making 90k with good benefits and a pension, unless you truly hate what you do,I would stick around and maybe try a side business of my "passion".
I have seen this shyt play out bad far 2 many times, especially here in NYC.

Got a new job and it pays well (90k) but I’m extremely done with the 9-5 grind. I’m tired it Having to answer to someone and adjusting my own schedule. I’m stacking up trying to quit but this slow grind starting to get me vexed

Who here quit there 9-5, how did you quit, what are you doing to get money and how successful are you on your endeavor.

I resigned last year January 2021. Made it to GS-11 a year and half before that. Gave my supervisor 90 day notice. Everybody was cool and wanted me to stay. I now live off my VA disability compensation in different countries
