The more they talk about the mccaffrey dude, it sounds like it's all about him. He doesn't like to come out of games, he stares hit coach down when he's not in the game.....

Not once have I heard he's a great teammate, he likes to allow the other talented rbs to get carries ect

Breh is trying to get in the League......... plus that privilege

:damn:

Was conference money the only reason they join conferences
IDK if it was money. There wasnt that much money back when these schools joined conferences. the SEC championship game was a gamechanger, but FSU, South Carolina, and Penn State had all agreed to join before that.

BYU was another independent.

I always think the bowl tie-ins ended the strong independent programs. That was happening strongly in the early 90s. It kind of sucks too because schools like Florida State and Miami would play everyone in the regular season.

I still never get why they aligned the conference like that.

The only thing I can think of is that they wanted to keep the MSU - Mich and MSU - OSU match ups every year, but hell they could of just alternated whoever played MSU every year.

That way if they take care of business, MSU would play both if they win their division and UM/OSU would play both as long they take care of business.

That Iowa/Nebraska/WIsconsin/NW division is :scusthov: cuz usually only 2 of the 3 are ever good, they other side is super top-heavy.

They need to switch Minnesota and Wisconsin with MSU and Maryland. Maybe that would bring better balance.

That way you'll have OSU/Mich/Wisconsin/Penn State in one and Iowa/MSU/NW/Nebraska in the other.
No one cares about MSU versus OSU. If MSU wants to play OSU, then see them in the championship game, otherwise, they can be a cross-conference game every other year or something.

OSU, U of M, Wisky, Penn St. still shyts on that division. You have to keep Wisconsin over there. Honestly, if ND would have joined the Big 10 where it naturally belongs, then there would be no Nebraska in the conference (who adds nothing). You could have OSU/U of M/Penn St. and ND/MSU/Wisky. THAT makes sense.

A division of OSU/Mich/ND would be kinda dope. Penn State and the rest of the division would be done.

MSU/Iowa/Wisconsin would be a balanced division but they would always be the underdawg to the other division.

well at first it looked like Iowa was going to take the biggest L of Bowl Season away from Michigan State, but it now appears that Michigan State will still be holding the biggest L.
