you should make a "big men to watch out for" post or thread including your great post knowledge and insight :wow:

I have to watch a few games before I can make a decision, right now the committee has their eyes on Drummond and how he will develop. The Monroe + Drummond frontcourt could be the best in the league in a few years, and I already like Greg's game.

Once I see about 5-10 games of the season I can do something like that.

Yea at least Royce white is already flaking out. I think tjones could play the 3 too. Who is their starting pf? Myman p pat?

Patterson should be the starter. Everybody else that plays PF for them is a first or second year guy so nobody really knows what to expect from them. Jones could play SF but even there he is behind Parsons & Delfino. That will be why he loses focus more than likely, he'll have to try & get playing time from so many people. I'm interested in seeing him play for someone other than Cal who was always on his ass (no homo) about something.

Y'all think OKC re-signs James Harden or lets him walk?

I hope we re-sign him. Ideally we would lock him up & PJ3 would step up so we could amnesty Perk. PJ3 would start at PF next year & Ibaka would start at C. But I doubt PJ3 gets a lot of playing time this year.

Jones' motor issue might disappear in the pros....it's easy to lose aggression and not assert yourself when you're playing on a team as talented as Kentuckys....he was already the shyt there, he ain't shyt now so he might be more hungry....his conditioning looks great, and he's had a physical presence since UK....Houston's Royce White pick is looking sketchier by the day

If he can get consistent playing time, Jones could be a steal from this draft. His problem is Houston got what feels like 8 other people playing the same position he does.

Word I always love seeing how UK guys perform in the league, they usually perform better than other schools because they are prepared for it better by cal. Tjones was impressive in the summer league, I think he can fight and get the minutes he needs

Giving a bench player max is kind of ridiculous.

Calling Harden a bench player is misleading though. He plays more than Thabo & only really comes off the bench to give us some kind of consistent scoring (except these last playoffs :bryan: ) He is like Manu, as long as their winning I doubt he cares about starting.

Gary Neal at PG is the definition of a struggle

Probably not right away, I think they're going to bring him a long slowly. I guess they'll handle him like they did Monroe, he didn't start until around January I think.

He's a few years away, but his potential is just crazy, he's got a better feel for the game than DeAndre Jordan, who people try to compare him to.

Oncourt is dope, and Shaq's point about Dwight is true.

He's saying Dwight isn't a true center, true centers catch the ball on the low block, back you down, hit you with a move and score.

Saying Dwight relies on pick and roll, which Ewing, Robinson, Hakeem and himself never had to do. Big Diesel just summed up my feelings on the modern center :wow:

He seems upset that "dominant" is 20/15, said with the centers today he should be much higher than that.
