if i forgot anybody,my bad :manny:

Arthur Jones is definitely gone, cant afford to resign him

Oher,Jacoby,Doss,Leach, dikkson,Iheighdabo, and probably Daryl Smith wont be resigned either

I think Graham is a free agent too but im not sure

This offseason we gotta focus on the offense. We need to start with a new offensive coordinator

Our 1st round pick better be a WR or TE and if we decide to spend any money in free agency it better be on the offensive line

Im also interested to see what we do with Suggs.I thought for sure he'd be back next year but he fell off the 2nd half of the season so now im not sure(i want him back).I wouldnt be surprised if he got traded at some point this offseason tho

We also gotta do something with that Ngata contract :snoop:

dude was the highest paid raven this year and he will be again next year too.We gotta restructure him or trade him for some picks.

Ozzie got his work cut out for him this year.Hopefully he doesnt ignore one side of the ball like he did last offseason :snoop:

Add fire Dean Pees to that list and its pretty complete.

As much as I hate to say it we might have to part way with Suggs. He might be on the decline and if we can get rid of that contract maybe we can keep Art Jones or Darryl Smith.

Pees is ok.A little too conservative but hes not bad

I dont blame him for all the 4th quarter meltdowns..thats on the players

I think we will be good on D next year even with Pees.I think Arthur Brown and John Simon gonna beast for us if Harbs lets them play

I want Suggs back but if we can get a 2nd for him i say trade him

Daryl Smith probably wont be back.Arthur Brown will take over his spot next year

Art is gonna get paid breh.We cant afford that nikka even if Suggs gets delt and we need to stop giving big deals to defensive players anyway...unless they are elite

#1 get rid of Caldwell :camby:

Get better on the O line

Draft a strong Boldin type receiver

And somebody lock Flacco in a room with Aaron Gawdgers and Peyton footage...soak all that sh1t up and be a better QB & leader next season

:damn: All those heads?!? Are we officially in the 7-9/5-11 rebuilding stage? It sounds like it because all those players listed are starters or near starters. I definitely cosign firing Caldwell, yo was really worse than Cameron. I think if Cam was here we'd be in the playoffs, atleast.

Yall seemed to have covered everything. I think oline, free safety, and receiver/te needs to be addressed in that order. I'm not sure they'll do it, but we need a different OC (maybe make Caldwell the Asst. Head coach to appease him, but get him off of plays) and some fresh blood on both the offensive and defensive coaching staffs. Also need the receiver coach, and one or even both oline coaches to :camby:

:ufdup:Mr. Jim Caldwell took us to the title in his 1st season with his brilliant 1-2 playcalling of deep route to torrey or short run handoff to ray

what we need to do is focus more on our run game instead of waiting for waka flacco to bail us out with his golden arm and no pressure precision

1. get healthy
2. add a ready to start possession receiver
3. re-sign Monroe / shore up oline
4. figure out coaching (coordinator) situation

most of those guys are expendable

the tackle we drafted from Wisconsin will most likely take over Ohers RT spot
dikkson is a bum and we will most likely draft a TE plus we got Furstenburg on the practice squad
Doss = bum.Remember we stashed Mallette on IR and we better draft a WR
Leach = we didnt use him plus we have a receiving FB we drafted that we also didnt use this year for whatever reason
Iheighdabo is expendable because Elam cant play FS and we cant start 2 SSs next year like we did all this year.Elam will move to SS and we will bring in somebody who can play FS
Smith might get resigned. It all depends on how much they believe in Arthur Brown. If they think Brown is ready to be a fulltime starter next year i dont think we resign Smith

we shouldnt be 7-9 and definitely not 5-11 next year

if they fix the line and give Flacco a couple legit weapons we should win double digit games next year

dont forget center breh

IMO our top 5 needs:

1.FS
2.WR
3.C
4.TE
5.WR

I dont see any FS or C even close to being worth a top 20 pick in this draft so that pick better be a WR or TE

I hope so too. We also need Arthur Brown to come and play close to Ellerbe's level. We need some youth and speed/physicality from that spot next to smith.

The ravens see Smith and Brown as Mikes

They won't be on the field at the same time

McClain or Bynes :gag: will most likely be the other ILB

1.O-line

3.O-Line
4. Offensive coord
5. everything else

So much of the failures on offense was because of the line. It was historically bad, as we couldn't run or pass block..thus being the worst offense in Ravens history. It was even statistically worse than Boller era offense, who could at least run the ball. Add that with unimaginative play calling, and you have a team that should thank their lucky stars they won 8 games. Don't matter what WR/TE they bring in, if the line can't do their job and the OC calls nothing but HB dives and go routes it won't matter. Caldwell got figured out after the SB and never adjusted. They can't block a line of 8th graders, but every pass play is full of 20-30 yd fly routes :mindblown:
Our WR's aren't amazing, but they are good enough...somebody with an ounce of creativity could kill with Torrey/Marlon/Jacoby/Pitta/Rice(after he gets back in shape). New England can flourish on offense with scraps, yet the Ravens struggle for 1st downs and make every DB unit look like 4 Revis's :snoop:
