Harbaugh got his wish. Got rid of all the voices in the locker room. This is now his team. Time to earn his keep. This offseason is huge for us.

- Fix the OL. New personnel, scheme, both, whatever.

- Whoever the new OC is, give the dude freedom to be creative. If Brady can have success with those small, slow, WRs, there is no reason why we can't with our WRs.

- Lock Flacco in the film room for minimum 12 hours a week. He's got a cannon, but he needs to read defenses better.

- Be more aggressive on defense. We sat back a lot on defense instead of taking it to the offense.

- Re-structure Sugg's contract. Hell, re-structure Flacco's contract.

- Draft a RB. But please don't use a high pick on one. You can get a decent RB in the 3rd-5th round.

Gotta be more than coincidence that he's in town the day we start our OC search, right? Right? :sadcam:

I'd take him. After all these years of dang Air Coryell, I'd like to see this unit in a true WCO scheme.

Basically though, I'd take almost anyone that's not in-house...no Hostler, Castillo, etc. We need a fresh philosophy on O.

yea i think hes here for a interview

i hope he gets the job

same dude also posted this yesterday

:russ: @ yall thinking suggs is gonna stay
this his last contract he tryna cash out
he might have taken a cut if we had a chance of winning but we dont
He gone :to:

i love Suggs but i think its time we let him go.Dude was awful the 2nd half of the year and is obviously in decline

i just hope we trade him instead of cutting him

i would get on the phone and see if i could atleast get a 3rd or 4th for him

Suggs had a good season
Flacco contract just fukkin everything up for the next two yrs we gotta keep him
Since the money ain't there they just chose between Suggs n Ngata
If flacco ain't have that silly contract no way we would have let Suggs go

this shyt has nothing to do with Flaccos deal :snoop:

we arent as strapped for cash as yall think. If they want to keep Suggs they can

Acording to Russell St, the Ravens are 11.34 millions under the salary cap with 46 players under contract.

Under the 51 rule, most of the ERFA are not going to count against cap. Their deals are similar to the lowest deals of players under contract. The remaining 5 spots (or more, if someone is cut) are going to be UFA and the top 2 draft picks.

If we assume the Ravens cut Jameel McClain, Sam Koch and Vontae Leach, the Ravens will add 3.2, 1.6 and 1.75 million in cap space = 6.55 million combined.

So, we had 11.34 plus 6.55= 17.90 millions.
were 11 mill under the cap

we can get to 18 mill under by cutting Jameel,Koch, and Leach

cutting Suggs would then put us at almost 25 mill under the cap

were probably only gonna try to resign Monroe,Pitta, and maybe Smith and its not gonna cost much to sign any of those guys

if we cut/trade Suggs its because they want to spend that money elsewhere(maybe on Jarius Byrd or Hakeem Nicks)

our cap situation is looking even better next year. The Flacco deal is not hurting us like alot of yall keep saying

Smith gonna want some bread he is on his rookie contract
We need a WR and some better O-line pieces
People don't know what they got till it's gone
You gonna see how good Suggs is when they replace him with some subpar nygga
U see Q killin in San Fran 1st 1000yd season in a minute
Ozzie made them cuts last yr cuz of flacco big contract

What's the deal with the Saints' offensive coaches? How come they never get mentioned for jobs?

This team gonna b average at best for a lil while now. I hope I'm wrong but I see a 8-8 type season again next year followed by a terrible season. Then Harbs gonna get fired and hopefully we got some decent pieces in place to build another good team. This new Flacc/Harbs regime ain't winning shyt tho. I don't wanna hear that they already won a ring either...Flacco and Harbaugh weren't the head honchos in that lockeroom. Ray, Ed, Boldin and Pollard were all respected voices. Now that all of them are chased out and possibly Suggs now, this team is gonna b ass. Flacco seems likea pusssy and a horrible teammate.

fukk. NO!

Anyone high on Mike Evans? I'm not. Hope Lee drops but I doubt it. I think we can grab Landry from LSU in the 2nd. Grab CJ mosely in the 1st or SAMs from Mizzou in the 3rd
I'm not a Mike Evans fan but I wouldn't be mad if we drafted him

I like Lee and Matthews the most at WR followed by Beckham and Landry

In the 1st I want Stephon Tuitt, Eric Ebron, Marqise Lee, Mike Evans(in that order) or trade down and take Jordan Matthews or Jace Amaro

I wouldn't be mad with snatching up Ealy if he there. He's a hybrid at least. Wouldn't be mad at Tuit either but I think you can trade down an acquire more picks and still nab him.
