Both the Ravens and Steelers went heavy on defense. I wonder if the Seahawks and 49ers taking the D crown made them feel some type of way.

I kind of like Mosely and the defensive linemen picks because we got ran over in some of our big games last season. Pittsburgh, NE, GB, Buffalo ran at will against us last year. With Pittsburgh getting Blunt too, we had to do something.

I know the offense needs help, but watching our defense die and turn soft was hard to watch.

I dont think its that, both teams just understand that defense wins chapionships

this draft makes our D versatile as fukk.We could line up in a 4-3 wilth Suggs & Dumervil as the DEs,Ngata & Jernnigan as the DTs,Mosley the MLB and Smith and Brown the 2 OLBS

Our 4-3 package actually looks better on paper than our 3-4 lineup...I wonder if theyre planning on making the switch

Whatever we do im expecting no less than a top 7 D next year.I forgot that as bad as our offense was last year we still wouldve won 12-13 games if our D didnt blow all those leads in the final minute :snoop:

i guess they figured the problems on O was with the scheme and not because of the talent(i disagree)

also we picked up North Carolina OT James Hurst as a UDFA.Dude broke his leg in the bowl game but from what ive heard he wouldve been a 2nd/3rd round pick if he didnt get hurt.He could end up being this years Marlon Brown for us.Hopefully he ready by training camp

Not a fan of the draft overall. Didn't address the o-line or receiving corps properly.

Don't really like the TE we picked but if he has hands he's an instant improvement over Ed.

and yeah anything is an improvement over dikkson
