A's get Lester and Johnny Gomes for Cespedes

ill miss some parts of Cespy, hes a likeable player and a nice guy. but the constant bad SO's, lack of walks...he just doesnt fit with what the A's usually do. now Moss will play LF, Vogt can play 1st with Jaso and Gomes DH. Reddikk and Crisp need to stay healthy, altho Coco will probably not be 100% for the rest of the year

that trade is pretty good for both sides. A's have their top-4 starters in Lester-Shark-Gray-Kazmir
I would hate to play them in a 5 game series.Boston can reload this offseason and Cespedes is a nice piece to get back and not have to start an immediate semi-rebuild. Is Cespedes a Free Agent after next year?
It's just refreshing to see a trade with actual Major League players instead of waiting 3 years to see how it turns out.
