lawrie is hella exciting bro... can't wait to see him play on grass a whole season... overall i like our chances a bunch our pitching depth (overall depth really) is f*cking nasty

Pitching will be good as always right? If the team stays healthy they should be competitive.

But I do think the offense struggles. Their missing a good power hitting COF. trust me I don't think Cespedes or Moss are amazing, but it'd be nice to have a power hitter like one of those two in their lineup.

But I do think the offense struggles. Their missing a good power hitting COF. trust me I don't think Cespedes or Moss are amazing, but it'd be nice to have a power hitter like one of those two in their lineup.

in our park it will always be good... agreed!

and yeah i feel you, we are severely deficient in power... we depending on the likes of butler and ike davis to have bounce back years... but if they do and reddikk shows back up... watch out

there is nothing you can show me to sway my opinion that the Porcello contract is the worst in years. who the fukk was he to even warrant that? they came in at $20 per? Even if he pitches like or better than a $20 million a year pitcher over the length of the contract, he's not worth that NOW... when he signed the fukkin contract. That boosts... literally every other pitcher in baseball's salary now. so goddamn stupid

Its how the redsox now do business tho, so im not surprised...they over pay by the year and make the contract shorter...granted, hes def not an ace, but at only 26 years old and as a sox fan, i like the signing, hes a good 2/3...we just need a fukking ace...

edit:Nevermind...just saw his stats before last year (which is what I based my post on) at least he will be off that contract at 31 hope he can put up another year or two like last year tho
