Coming in to todays game Flacco had a 94 QB rating for the season and was 5th in total QBR for the season so who exactly do you think is gonna walk through that door and do better with the bums we put on the field every week?

This was a must win for our playoff hopes and dude played like a bytch...he supposed to be elite but the elite QBs in the league wouldn't drop a dud in a big game like that

Our oline got dominated,Torrey was horrible,we couldn't run,Steve dropped passes like he does every week

What exactly was Flacco supposed to do with all this going on around him?

Its not a coincidence our O struggles every time we play a good D

I been saying for 2 years now Flacco wont take that next step until we upgrade the skill positions

Dude has had a damn good year considering the trash he has to play with every week

If Flacco is too inconsistent then every qb not named Rodgers,Brady,and Manning must be too inconsistent for you

This could've been a MVP year for Flacco if they had better weapons around him but somehow these nikkas think hes a bum

Flacco had a shyt game but he's been steady this year. Probably his best all around season but folks will always focus on the negative stuff first. Good luck finding another QB who's anywhere close to Flacco. We have receivers dropping balls, not running proper routes, slipping and falling down, can't get open, etc we NEED to blow up this receiving corps, Flacco is the least of our worries.

I don't want him gone, but his lack of leadership is noticeable. He's also throwing off his back foot, and acting gun shy a lot more. This is the best protection he's had in years, but he's starting to play scared. Ever since the Steelers' game he's played like he's afraid of being hit. I hate to say it, but if he keeps on with this then let him walk when the time comes. I don't want see him turn into washed up versions of Brunnell and Schaub.

can't do anything but after today's game

we can't be locking Joe up for 120 mil and expect him to play like a 120 mil dollar man if he's got no weapons on offense. the only person who needs a legit number one receiver more than Flacco is Torrey...

secondary is obviously a mess but you gotta assume we're not gonna experience so many injuries to the same position again as our CBS had to deal with this year. we need to bring someone in at safety who's ready to start day one, whether by trade or through free agency, because that clearly didn't happen through the draft with Elam

I think Zo is gonna be a nice complementary back but I don't expect him to be our long term solution in the backfield I could be wrong, but the rest of the division is set at RB in an otherwise wide open division moving forward. I've had Ozzie's back the past couple off seasons, but I think he's really got something to prove this time around, and obviously not just to me

Okay some thought on players.

WR/TE: A total shyt-show. Steve Smith has been drop central and I've pretty much given up on Torrey. I'd only want to keep him on a very small contract. For a speedster and someone who is supposed to take the top off a defense, he can never get separation. Not physical at all, poor route runner, poor hands, hasn't had a 100 yard game in 25 games. His potential isn't intriguing to me anymore. To be honest, I think we're harming the development of the other WRs as well. I have no idea why Marlon hasn't seen more snaps, particularly in the redzone. Dude is a big body who has great hands, and has impressed in his limited snaps. Aiken and Camp are interesting as well, but I still want a receiver drafted high. Our tight end depth is embarrassing too.

Jacoby

O-line: One of the only bright points in the team. Wagner has been great at RT, and the Osemele/Yanda guard duo is unbelievable. Zuttah has been pretty good too. Monroe has probably been the worst lowkey. Hurst/Urschel maybe can contribute one day, but I'm still afraid of injury.

D: Front 7 is okay. Doom/Suggs combo has been great, and Upshaw, though he's not what we thought he would be, is a quality rotation player. McPhee is really productive too in his snaps. Ngata can come back for the right price. I'm feeling pretty good about the 2014 class. Mosley is amazing, Jernigan looks like he can ball and I believe Brooks needs experience but can be good. Canty has been the most anonymous player in existence.

Secondary overall is trash as fukk, as everyone knows. Hill and Smith can play, but we need to overhaul the shyt out of it.

Coaching: Vanillla, boneheaded as fukk, awful playcalling, so many things to say about coaching but I'll save it.
