Some interesting stuff in that conference call. Good to see Oz/Harbs acknowledge Elam hasn't been cutting it yet, but also that it sounds like he's already putting in work to improve. I'm rooting for dude. Waller at TE....wonder if that means he won't get to work under Engram as much. I think he did a decent job coaching the young WRs last year and he'll only get better IMO. And get that JT extension done like yesterday.

Solid move bringing in Arrington. Should have the nickel/slot squared away now. Just don't put him on the outside.

I wish that JJ along with Corey Redding could have stayed on the squad to get that ship. They both deserved to be champions. I also love how the Ravens go back and sign players so that they can retire as Ravens. The next one I think they will do that for (if he doesn't resign) will be Ngata.

Waller will still be primarily a WR but they said they would experiment with him at TE

Im glad they talked about that because the first thing I thought when i saw his bideos on YouTube was "damn if this kid adds about 10 lbs and gets stronger he could be a all pro TE"

I really like his potential no matter where we play him.Dude is gonna be a matchup nightmare

I like perry as he played in an all pro def at bama and I heard that wide receiver carter was making plays as well in practice campanaro had better watch out for his slot spot lol.

I'm glad jacoby and T. Smith have the opportunity to play elsewhere I feel like both hit a ceiling here with the ravens and are entering the last lap in their career and for the current young rookie wide outs it's an opportunity to get a roster spot and eat good off it.

The last two drafts the ravens have had :ohlawd:

If elam keeps on going for hits and not wrapping up getting lost in the backfield he'll be cut next year. I always questioned that pick. I feel like he couldve been a earl thomas type safety if he played at a higher level. I always am scared of defensive players under 5'11 they have to make up for their size with superior skills.

and they got him for basically the vet minimum :wow:

this is a perfect solution to our slot corner void I think he wanted to finish off on a winning team and somewhere where he could start.

I feel like we had sooo many corners go down last year with potential. It was good to see gorrer back I remember he had a clutch pick one game

i just watched his interview with ravens.com and i had no idea dude was from Maryland

he said it was always a dream of his to play for the hometown team

maybe thats why we got him for so cheap

i been saying the same thing too but dudes on the ravens board seem to think his roster spot is locked up

nikkas was actually saying Marlon and Aiken gonna battle for a roster spot :mjlol:

im reading that shyt like :dahell: if anything Marlons spot is locked up and Campanero gonna have to battle Deandre Carter for the back up slot and returner spots

even Harbs said during the conference call Campanero wold have to stay healthy and beat somebody out to see the field more

Yeah campanero actually works out at the gym where I work. He's talented and looks like he has good hands, but the wide receiver position has some competition this year someone has to get cut...

My predictions are 1st string Perriman Smith and Brown

Carter Aiken Campanero and waller are up in the air at least 1-2 will be cut or end up on the practice squad

we also have Jeremy Butler,Aldrick Robinson,Cam Worthy, and Daniel Brown

we got 11 WRs on the roster right now and only 6 or 7 will make the 53 man roster

i think Smitty/Perriman/Marlon are locks/the starters

Campanero/Robinson/Carter gonna battle for the back up slot position.

Butler/Aiken/Waller will probably battle for back up outside spots

Cam Worth and Daniel Brown will probably go to the practice squad unless one of them shows out in preseason
