They aren't saying

Perriman was supposed to be day-to-day when he first got hurt and that was over a month ago

Rumor is he has a partially torl mcl which is a 4-6 week injury and he's already been out for 4 weeks

The only thing they've said about Jernigans knee is it won't require surgery.No specifics or timetable has been given on his injury

Maybe I'm just being pessimistic, but I think this is gonna wind up as a lost/wasted year for Perriman. I can't see him coming in after a preseason of basically no contact and no game-speed experience and just hitting the ground running. As a rookie, no less. Meanwhile, we STILL need a field-stretcher.

The sooner Timmy gets back the better, although we have the depth there to cover for him if need be. Carl Davis... if he stays motivated this dude will wind up a steal.
