This team is now on its fourth OC since the 2012 season. It would be nice if they had a head man who knew something about offense instead of relying entirely on an OC to be a miracle worker when only one of them was good anyway.
I think @STAN JONES mentioned that it's Harbaugh and his guys getting more power as opposed to Ozzie. I hope so because I don't want to have to root for Ozzie to go, but 2 pro bowl players drafted since 2009 I think (rice and I forget who else). We have 4 players left from the 2008-2012 drafts (1 from 2008-11 each and non from 2012), and the first two picks of 2013 were complete wastes. Free agency hasn't been a disaster, but drafting that bad for so long is really hurting this team. He's neglected the shyt out of the corner position since 2006 at least though. I think jimmy smith and Webb are the only picks higher than a 4th or 5th round pick he's spent on a corner in that span. The receiver position has been nearly as badly ignored too. I think just Torrey smith and Perriman since 2006. The best player available strategy probably isn't viable right now.
