He really is

Even with the terrible coaching we still could've won but he had alot of bad throws on those last few drives

Over threw a gimme to Mike Wallace at the end :snoop:

I give Joe a lot of slack since he brought us a championship with his play in 2013 but he's been bad the last 3 years and its extremely hard to accept.

yeah replace flacco lets see how that works out for us :comeon:
He's nothing special. Look at his résumé since 2013. If we could cut him loose and move on without a huge cap hit then it would be the best choice going forward aside from purging this coaching staff. He makes bad decisions with the ball, has mediocre pocket awareness, misses open guys all the time both in the meaning of not seeing them or missing the throw.

Breh you know i been the biggest Flacco supporter on here but he has been average at best 3 out of the last 4 years

Its not all on him but his shaky play is a big part of the reason our offense sucks

Were stuck with him for the next 2-3 years anyway because of the extension but I still think we need to draft a qb in the 3rd or 4th round to groom in this upcoming draft

Penalties, injuries, bad coaching decisions, horrible offense, Flacco's lack of awareness..it's rinse and repeat with this team week after week.
It really does seem like they're not coached up well in every way...O, D, ST, the whole thing. There's just something fundamentally off about this team. I'm far from the Fire Harbs camp, but whether that's on him or not, he's got to address it either way.

The personnel/young talent is lacking too, and (I can't believe I'm saying this) that's on Oz.

At least everyone else in the division lost, so there's a slight silver lining.

3 out of the last 4 years we had no receivers weak run game trash o-line and defense blowin late leads Flacco aint the problem here he's the best player on our team by far

I disagree about us lacking young talent

The talent is there on both sides of the ball, they not coaching them up and using them right

Harbs is always punishing young players for making mistakes instead of letting them play through them and learn from them

Hes doing it right now with Chris Moore,Judon, and Carrea

Dumervil out and he gives Mclluen and Zadarius all the snaps at OLB

Smitty out yet Moore can't get any snaps

You can't expect guys to get better sitting on the bench

Im just ready for Harbaugh to go,I just can't see this team ever being good under him again

His personnel and in game coaching decisions are just too terrible

I agree

Coaching has been the main reason we sucked but there has been plays there for Flacco to make this year and he hasn't been making them

He's looking like 2013 Flacco again

You can tell he's timid alot of the time cause he knows the line sucks

I was reading on the Ravens forum they said if we cut Doom,Webb,Pitta, and Suggs after the season we'd have 40 mill im cap space

I think we need to fire Harbaugh, cut those players and just let the new coach start fresh

Let him use the 40 mill and the draft to build the oline and bring in players who fit the new system

Its time to start over

Joe consistently misses guys, overthrows guys, throws off his back foot when there's no rush, always throws to a checkdown when they're covered and it'll result in a loss instead of throwing at their feet for an incompletion to at least save the yardage. He's had one good season since 2011 (his 2014 campaign, and even that was just average to above average). His performance warranted a benching last year and in 2013. He was never worth that deal he got and if keeping him meant the biggest contract in league history, then Ozzie should have had the good sense to let him walk. He still struggles to complete over 60% of his passes in a league where average is 63-65%. He's never thrown for 4000 yards in a league where Matthew stafford has thrown for 5000. He's never thrown for 28 touchdown passes in a 9 year career. In his 2008-2011 playoffs and 2014 playoff run combined, he completes 56% of his passes with a yards per attempt under 7 with just 14 scores to 12 picks, with key mistakes that have cost us games too (the pick six in the 2008 afc title game, all the third quarter turnovers in the 2010 divisional round, not running for the first down in the 2011 afc title game, throwing into double coverage in the end zone down 4 with the team easily driving and plenty of time left on the clock with no pass rush pressuring him on the throw). We've seen the best of this guy already. Unless you have consistently good coaching, a good running game, and a great defense, your ceiling with him is 6-8 wins.

Using a high pick on some defensive backs and receivers instead of always waiting until the fifth round would be nice.
